Allen Plunkett, President, CEO – Allen started his career in retail, working for grocery stores and then PetSmart until getting into the staffing world in 1998. After working for one recruiting firm until 2002, he struck out with a friend to launch Phoenix Staff shortly after the birth of his son Kenny. Allen and his wife Angelica just celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary and they love the fact that they have a stellar team of people working towards a common goal – employing good people in good jobs. Outside of work, they are fortunate to be surrounded by a great extended family in Florida and California. When he is not spending time with the wife and boy, he enjoys running, reading, working and rooting for the Red Sox.



Staci Brown, CFO – Staci joined Phoenix Staff in 2005. As a member of the leadership team, she is charged with overseeing all finance and accounting functions, as well as assisting with the strategic planning of the firm. She is an ASU Alumni with a BS in Global Finance and an MBA emphasizing Accounting from Grand Canyon University. Staci enjoys traveling with her husband, Jens, and her sons, Caleb and Zane.



Jennifer Flynn, Office Manager, Las Vegas – Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and brings over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She joined Phoenix Staff in April 2007. Jen is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office as well as providing solutions to enable seamless office functions. She brings a calming and reassuring presence to the office. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and daughter, Ali.


Keith Bailly, Regional Director – Keith’s passion for technology and computers started at an early age. From Heath Kits, TV jammers and his TRS-80 computers to every iGadget out there today, Keith’s enthusiasm and commitment to technology has never wavered. Keith first started recruiting for major software companies at the agency level. Success was immediate, as he was able to identify a candidate for a challenging role at an emerging software company. This candidate would go on to get hired and prove to be an excellent resource. It was then that Keith realized that true success was more than a financial reward. Keith joined Phoenix Staff in 2010 to lead the efforts in Las Vegas. His blend of recruiting, account management and entrepreneurial spirit are not commonly found – add that to his ethical nature and passion for finding the right people for the right jobs and it became a quick and natural fit for the team.



Matt Owens, Senior Recruiter, Phoenix – A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Matt Owens has been in the recruiting industry for over 13 years. He joined Phoenix Staff in January 2006 and is tasked with helping develop the Technical side of the business. Matt is highly regarded for his ability to cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and his determination to identify the right fit for their background and career goals. The key to his success stems from considering the best results for the candidate and the client equally when looking at an opportunity.


Holly Harris, Senior Recruiter, Las Vegas – Holly holds a B.A. in Psychology and has a professional background in hospitality/customer service and mental health. Holly joined the Las Vegas-based Phoenix Staff team in December of 2010 as a candidate Sourcer and Recruiter. One of Holly’s favorite aspects of her job, as in life, is building relationships with people. She enjoys learning about emerging technologies including new & improved ways of networking through social media. Holly is originally from Arkansas and has traveled extensively throughout much of Japan and North America though she is thrilled to be settled in Las Vegas, NV with her mate and their four-legged children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tourist around the region and writing, having published prose, poetry, and play adaptations.



Misty Verley, Recruiter, Las Vegas – Misty began her professional career investing in people. She knew from the start that relationship-building would always be at her core of values and everything else would come naturally. Misty joined Phoenix Staff in 2011 as a Sourcer/Recruiter with extensive experience in customer service, sales, & hospitality—combined with the technology focus, this role is a perfect fit for her. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in E-Business. On weekends, Misty can be found outdoors spending time blazing trails in Red Rock Canyon or Valley of Fire with her family.
